As part of the Axis Architects Design Team, G Brown Design provided planting and irrigation plans for M15 Lofts, a 20-unit urban townhome development in Salt Lake City’s Ballpark neighborhood. The landscape design uses ornamental grasses and shade trees to define shared open space, provide privacy between residences, and shade private yards. A simple, cohesive planting palette complements the warm, contemporary architecture while supporting ease of maintenance within the compact urban setting.
