The Amenity Center at Spring House Village was designed to provide recreational opportunities and a communal space for residents to gather and enjoy the outdoors. The design creates a variety of spaces for active recreation, socializing, and relaxing within the neighborhood. G. Brown Design worked with Oakwood Homes and the design-build team from design development through construction period services, developing the landscape surrounding the amenity center and recreational areas. The centerpiece of the design is four pickleball courts, complemented by a patio and gathering space. Custom string lighting adds character to the patio and allows the space to remain active into the evening.
